Hôtel Escale Oceania Quimper

“This hotel was wonderful. Room was very clean! Great location, five minutes from the cathedral, easy walking distance from the train station. Comfortable and pleasant. I had read reviews that said the police station across the street was noisy... we were there on Friday and Saturday nights and did not hear a single noise. The woman who checked us in was so nice! Would definitely stay again.”

“Good hotel. The location is pretty central, a 5-minute walk to the cathedral. Nice helpful front desk. The room was good. The private parking next to the hotel is tight for a big car although manageable. There's no parking area in front of the hotel so you have to drive straight into the garage and carry your luggage after parking your car.”

“I stayed with 3 friends and we honestly loved our stay at the Escale Oceania in Quimper. The only negative, was that we could only stay for 2 nights. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was also cleaned and tidied, whilst I was out in the morning. A decent continental breakfast was provided, with tables cleaned regularly. The main reason for my delight at my stay, were the staff. All members of staff were a credit to the hotel, being very polite and friendly. However I must give a special thanks to the team on the reception desk. They were wonderful and happy to provide recommendations for some great restaurants. They spoke good English to help me out, as my French was virtually non-existent. However, because I am definitely looking to return next year, with my friends, I am starting to learn french. Please pass on my thanks and praise and we will see you in 2026!”
